A deposit of 25% is required upon booking and the full amount is payable four weeks before the booked period commences. A deposit of £300 is required against breakages and electricity used which is charged at 10 pence per unit full rate and 6 pence on economy. The deposit will be returned less deductions within 7 days of your departure day. Any bottles and cans that are thrown over the bank or into the garden and need to be cleared up by us will be charged for at £10 per bottle/can. For those renting on a weekly basis changeover day is Saturday. You will have access to Terrefort from 17.00 on your first Saturday and you will be expected to leave by midday of the final Saturday. For those renting by the month you will have access to the house at midday of the first of the month and should leave by midday of the final day of your final month. The house should be left in the same state as you find it in. Any necessary cleaning is charged at £10 an hour. Any problems with the house must be reported to me as soon as possible. Any damage that is the consequence of an unreported problem will be chargable.
This document will form the basis of our agreement and you will asked to sign that you agree to these terms.
